Bandit
Hey there! My name is Bandit. I am a 13 hand red roan pinto pony. I was born in 1984 and I think I look great for my age. The Linton Family donated me to this nice place after many years of showing in children's walk/trot classes. I have even done some trail riding. I enjoy all of the ring activities, but please keep an eye on me when you take me outside. I am a pony and I love to grab a mouthful of grass at any chance I get! I guess you could say my favorite thing is eating grass!
I love to be groomed, but I really do not like being bathed. I try to stay clean, so I can avoid that experience. You may notice a swelling under my belly, directly in front of my sheath, don't worry, it has been there forever and it doesn't bother me! Just a cosmetic flaw - no pony is perfect! Come down and visit me when you have a chance. I love to meet new people! You will also notice that I have a trache. Do not be alarmed, it does not hurt. This allows me to breathe easier. This procedure was done in 2006 after a strangles outbreak in our barn. Please do not put your fingers in my trache. You may notice a discharge from it. This is normal and it is cleaned two times a day. This does not affect my ability to be a great therapy pony.
