Cheyenne
Hi! My name is Cheyenne and I am very happy to be here! I am a cute little black, Welsh cross pony. You may have to look carefully into the stall when coming down to find me. I am much shorter than most of my neighbors and I am very quiet so you hardly know I am in there. I was donated by Kim and Hanley Cullen in April of 2007. Prior to arriving here, I had quite the list of jobs / talents. I am not afraid to do anything.
As a youngster, I was driven, but I haven't done that in a long time. I then became a lesson pony - boy was I good. I was ridden by a lot of kids. Then I became Hanley's pony and we did lots of fun stuff. We showed in several local shows and participated in Pony Club. We even fox hunted for two seasons. I can jump pretty good for a short gal - I have a lot of heart. Hard to believe I was born in 1982 - I still look darn good. I am anxious to get started on my "new" job. I loved to be groomed. Watch my left front ankle I have on old scar. Don't be surprised at how fast I can walk - I had to keep up with all the "big guys" out on the hunt field. I am very responsive to you as my leader and respond extremely well to voice commands. I love trail rides and do very well with the ring activities. I am sure to be a favorite!
