Peter
Hello everyone! My name is Peterpotamus, but you can call me Peter. I was donated here in December of 2010 after a successful show career with my donor, Liz Leonard. I was actually her daughter's pony. I was shown in children's hunter & jumper classes. As you can guess, her daughter outgrew me and moved to something a little taller. I am a 12.2 hand, gray Welsh pony. I was born in 1996, so I have a lot of years ahead of me.
I am a cute little fellow, but please don't be tempted to play with my nose as it will encourage me to nibble and play back. I also cannot have treats. I love all the activities in the ring. I like to stay active and moving, not very fast though. You may notice when I get bored (stand - still for a long time), I may nibble at you. I know I am a favorite already. How could anyone resist me? I am the perfect size for the little riders to groom and ride. I am anxious to meet you all!
