Making a Payment
Participants select a payment schedule at the beginning of each year. New students will select their payment schedule when placement is finalized.
2010 Payment Plan information is available on the Forms page in the Student section of the Fieldstone Farm TRC web site. Complete the bottom portion and return it to Fieldstone Farm TRC by January 1 or, if starting mid-session, before your first lesson. Please indicate any changes in medication, medical history or contact information.
Currently, there are two ways to make a payment:
- With VISA or MASTERCARD
- With a check.
- Either drop it into the student payment box in the mounting area or
- send to:

Chagrin Falls, OH 44023, or - Schedule payments through your bank's online bill pay services
(please note the student's name in the memo line).
After 3 weeks, any remaining lessons will be refunded. Participants who discontinue their lessons are required to give a 3-week notice.
Balances not cleared in 30 days result in the suspension of services and/or dismissal of participant.
Requests for special payment arrangements must be made prior to receiving services.
